We met the summer going into my senior year of High School, my high school best friend was dating his friend. Ruben sent me a friend request on Facebook and we began to talk throughout the summer and the beginning of senior year. Finally I decided to go on a date and my best friend joined us. As soon as I saw Ruben I instantly felt comfortable with him, Ruben had recently had knee surgery and was on crutches (he didn't want to lose the chance of having a first date lol), so much that he even asked me to be his girlfriend that same day. 11 years later here we are about to celebrate our wedding with you all!
