Sunday Farewell Brunch 10AM till 12:30PM Has moved to The Brigantine Restaurant 1333 Orange Ave., Coronado. Casual Attire / Order from the Brunch Menu Indoor and outdoor tables are reserved. We have a private room indoors and some tables outside. A short wait is possible if you have an outdoor seating preference. Directions: Three-minute walk. • From the Hotel Del valet parking hut walk to the Del Fountain. • Cross four lanes of Orange Avenue with the light. • Turn left and cross Adella Avenue. • Proceed to the third storefront.
Overnight parking at the Del is an additional charge beyond the room rate. If you're staying nearby and need event parking, there is valet parking available at the main entrance of the hotel. There is currently construction going on (hopefully done by summer), so you may want to check out the Hotel's FAQ page where this is addressed and regularly updated. https://hoteldel.com/faq/
All of our events are completely out of doors (unless you choose indoor seating for brunch on Sunday--which will be seated individually). Mask rules are being lifted for outdoor functions as of June 15 in California. Many / most of us are vaccinated as well. Nevertheless, the landscape is swiftly changing and may change again between now and then. The hotel, and all of its events, follow state guidelines, so you may want to check back in with us or with the hotel's FAQ page which addresses this and is regularly updated. https://hoteldel.com/faq/
We don't have a wedding registry. We prefer not to receive physical gifts, as we're currently consolidating two households and find ourselves with more than enough stuff. If there is something special or personal you want to share with us, please do. Beyond that, if you still want to give a gift, please consider contributing to our honeymoon fund. We are looking forward to heading to Mexico following our wedding weekend.
RSVP by mail or through this website by June 30th. Please indicate a Wedding Reception meal choice for each guest.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 5pm.
Yes, Bill the Sandcastle Man (of local fame) will be building a sandcastle in honor of Michelle and Rob that will be next to the North Beach area during the Friday Welcome Event. The event starts at 6, but he’ll be out here early and most of the day, so don’t hesitate to go say and watch a master sandcastle builder at work on Friday. :)x
