What is the attire?

The dress code for our wedding is black tie. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the grass lawn, so please be mindful of your footwear to ensure comfort throughout the event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. This will give you plenty of time to find parking, enjoy the atmosphere, and be seated. We want you to feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the day as we begin this special moment together.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we’ve arranged for shuttle service to transport guests from the Marriott Philadelphia West to the venue, and the after party, which is conveniently located near the hotel. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:00 PM to head to the wedding, ensuring a smooth and timely arrival.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Appleford’s address is 770 Mount Moro Road, Villanova, PA 19085. You’ll know you're at Appleford when you see the green mailbox that says “Appleford” at the top of our drive. From the drive, please bear to your left at the split and follow signs to the guest parking area and walk past the pond to the ceremony area.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same beautiful venue. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin promptly, providing a wonderful opportunity to mingle and enjoy drinks. The evening will then seamlessly flow into the reception for dinner, dancing, and celebration.
