Take a lazy drive along the coast! A favorite route of ours is Half Moon Bay to Santa Cruz down Highway 1. Along the way there are plenty of beaches, tide pools, and fruit stands to stop at. Recommended places include tide pools at Bean Hollow State Beach, Davenport Roadhouse, Swanton Berry Farm, and Pigeon Point Lighthouse.
See some coastline views as you along the ocean down Cannery Row to Fisherman's Wharf. The Monterey Aquarium is also a good time, don't forget the salt water taffy!
If you have the time make a day trip out to Big Sur for incredible beach views!

For the full Gee-Danese/Azzarita experience, it's a 20 minute walk from the Dragon Gate in Chinatown to Little Italy. Get a boba and dim sum on the way!
