What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will start at 5:30pm, but we recommend arriving around 5:00 to find a seat and ensure we are running on time!

While we love all of your little ones, we are having an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire is black-tie optional!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony outside, so please dress accordingly for the weather! Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors, with access to both covered and uncovered outdoor areas throughout the night.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will provide transportation between the hotels and the venue. The shuttle will leave the Hilton at 4:30, then pickup at the Marriott at 4:45 before heading to the ceremony. There will be a shuttle back to the hotels from the venue at 11:00pm after the reception ends, as well as at 12:00 when the afterparty ends. RVCC also allows you to leave your car in their parking lot overnight if you would like to drive but still indulge in a few cocktails!
