Travel
Flight: The nearest and recommended airport to fly into is the Faro Airport (FAO). The Bela Vista Hotel is a scenic 45-minute drive from the airport.
Airport Transportation: To make your arrival as seamless as possible, we are arranging a private shuttle service to bring everyone to the hotel. Once you have booked your flights, please forward your arrival times and flight numbers to (emma@mimo.productions) so we can coordinate the pickup groups.
Please note this is not a guarantee but we will do our best to sync groups for shuttles.
Rideshare is available, carrying cash for cabs is HIGHLY recommended, or you can message the hotel for a rate on a car service if preferred.
Hotel Room: We have prepaid for all rooms and are offsetting the nightly rate. If you are looking to stay at the Bela Vista for dates outside of the block of time 9/11-9/14 we can help make arrangements direct with the hotel on your behalf. Any additional dates will be charged to you direct from the hotel.
