We have loved exploring Belle Isle through various points on our relationship. It is in fact the location of our engagement photos. You might be able to catch the cherry blossoms blooming around the fountain.

Nathanael and Michelle like hanging out at the various activities Campus Martius has set up year round such as hanging out in the sand in the summer or checking out the Christmas tree and ice rink in the winter.
Eastern Market
Detroit, MI
Eastern Market is the largest historic public market district in the United States. It is open on Saturdays year round from 7am - 4pm. We like to go for the flowers / plants (so Michelle can attempt to not kill new plants), fresh veggies and to look at all the new crafts on display.
