Is a passport required to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of travel for travel to Jamaica. Your passport can not expire before June 2023.   Please visit the below link for more information. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love to see the little faces, unfortunately, this is an adults only resort, so kids are not allowed to stay at the resort or attend any functions at the resort. You must be 18 years of age or older.

When will flights be available to add to my trip?

Answer

What happens if I find the hotel accommodations cheaper?

I've booked my accommodations already, do I still need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! We would like to notify our catering staff of your preferred meal for our wedding, Pease RSVP by selecting the RSVP page and update your meal selection. If you're undecided, it's OK! just remember to come back and select it!

I found some excursions and tours that I would like to do while we are there, how can I book?

Do I need to be vaccinated in order to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Is a Covid test needed in order to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Yes! you will need proof of a negative PCR covid test taken no more than 3 days before your departure date. In order to enter the U.S you will need a negative test no more than 24 hours before your return back. Our resort offers this test at no additional charge for guest staying a minimal of 3 nights. When you arrive, please schedule your test for return back to the U.S.

Does this resort have a dress code?

Answer

Yes and No! This is an adults only resort, but not a Nudest resort. Therefore, you must have on articles of clothing while on the property. This resort does have a dress code for some of their restaurants. If you want to enjoy your vacation and all of the included amenities, I recommend that you download their app and review their dresscode for the restaurants. Download THE EXCELLENCE COLLECTIONS from Google play or Apple. Once you've installed the app, please choose the resort Oysters Bay in Jamaica. This app is very helpful and friendly

How much do I need to book my room?

Answer

$100.00 non refundable deposit is required per room to book. After you pay your deposit you will have until August 30, 2022 to pay your room in full. You can pay any amount at anytime, just as long as your trip is paid in full by August 30, 2022. YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN YOU BOOK IN ORDER TO MAKE PAYMENTD ON YOUR TRIP..If you fail to pay your balance by August 30, 2022, you forfeit your trip and lose all money. Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

We appreciate your thoughtfulness. We would hate for a gift to take up room in your suitcase and now you have to pick and choose between outfits. There is a gift registry page on this website. please review that page and send a gift from there. If you have a gift that you would like to give that's not apart of the registry, pleas contact the bride and groom to be, directly for information on how to send them your gift.

Is this an all inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes! Your trip will include daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at over 10 restaurants. If you are staying in one of the rooms that are located in THE EXCELLENCE CLUB you get even more choices. Please click the view button on the travel page and visit the Travel website to read more. Also, your stay includes unlimited alcohol and a minibar in each room that is stocked daily. There are also daily activities that are included and we have listed some of them on this website under "Things to do" Please visit the Travel page and select view so that you can read more about this beautiful resort. Is insurance available for this trip?

Answer

Yes! When you first book your room you are given the option to add insurance, this is the only time you can add insurance to your trip. It's highly recommended that you add insurance considering the global pandemic and changes in travel restrictions. Please visit the booking page for more information.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort and from the resort to the airport?

Answer

Your trip includes, round trip private GROUP transfers, which means, wedding guest arriving within 15 minutes of each other will travel together. If no one else is arriving, you will have the transfer privately.
