What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00pm. We kindly request this arrival time to assure you don't miss anything and you find your seats in time for the ceremony.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional (Formal). We recommend floor-length formal gowns, tuxedos, and suits.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

This is an adult-only wedding. Take this as your night off! The only kids invited are in our wedding party or immediate family. Please contact Michelle or Lyndse directly if you have any questions.

Can I bring someone not listed on the invitation?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with you! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invite includes the name of your spouse/partner and they are not able to come, you may not substitute someone else in their place. Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE OR TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

BEFORE THE WEDDING: We will NOT be providing transportation for guests TO the wedding. Please see the TRANSPORTATION tab for directions on getting to the venue via taxi, rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.), or your own vehicle. Parking is included. AFTER THE WEDDING: We WILL be providing shuttles from the venue to the hotels hosting our designated room blocks. The shuttle will be leaving on the hour starting at 10PM with the final shuttle departing at 1AM at the conclusion of the after party. Shuttle loops will take approximately 45 minutes. IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

This is a strictly indoor wedding. There will be a complimentary coat check.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are at the Ballroom at the Ben.

Directions to Ballroom at the Ben

Answer

The Ballroom at the Ben is located within the Benjamin Franklin House at the Corner of Ninth and Chestnut Streets. The entrance to the Ballroom at the Ben is on the Ninth Street side of the building, between Sansom and Chestnut Streets. ENTERING BUILDING - Once parked, enter through the large set of doors between Di Bruno Brothers and the High St. Café. Walk through the lobby straight back to reach the elevators OR take the staircase. Take the elevators to the M Level to enter on the ballroom level or take the elevators to the 3rd floor to enter into the cocktail hour space.

Wheelchair accessible venue?

Answer

Yes. On 9th Street, Between Sansom and Chestnut. Enter building from 9th street entrance, you will be on the ground level. Head straight to the end of the hallway to the elevator going up. Ceremony: Press “M” for mezzanine. Cocktail Hour: Press “3”. Reception: Downstairs, Press “M”

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

We will provide parking for all of our guests with an attendant directing you where to park. This parking lot will be available starting at 4pm and ending at 2am. The parking lot is directly across the street from our main entrance on 9th street in between Sansom and Chestnut Streets. The parking lot has a large green park sign.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed dearly! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. You can do so by RSVPing "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to party!
