When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st so we can get a head count to our venues. Just mail back your RSVP card from your invitation. If your invite did not arrive, please reach out!

What time should I arrive Saturday?

Answer

Doors at the Belvedere open at 5pm. Please arrive and be seated before 5:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday night for the welcome party is casual. Jeans and suites are welcome and so are dresses, jumpsuits, etc. You are also welcome to wear a saree as we are celebrating in a traditional Nepali way on Friday. For Saturday night, the dress code is formal. Suits for men, or even a tux. For women, formal dresses of any length - cocktail, floor length - whatever you feel best in!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided between the hotel and weekend events. The venues for both nights are within walking distance of our hotel block at the Ulysses hotel. It's under a 5-minute walk to each venue. If you stay at another hotel, Uber is the best way to get around!

Is there parking at the hotel and venues?

Answer

At the Ulysses Hotel: Self parking is available for $18 per day at SP+ Parking's Mount Vernon lot at 926 North Charles Street. The lot is located one block north of the hotel. Please reach out to the hotel at info@hotelulysses.com with any questions. At our venues, Nepal House and the Belvedere, there are several parking garages close by. At the Belvedere, the adjacent parking lot at 1017 N. Charles Street has direct access to the lobby of the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! There is space on your RSVP card to indicate your allergy. As someone who is allergic to avocados and bananas, I know the allergy life!

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

Do you even know us? Yes, of course!! We'll have an open bar on Friday night at Nepal House and at the Belvedere on Saturday. No booze Sunday, but lots of coffee.

We love your kids! But our events are adults-only. If you need childcare, please reach out - happy to give recommendations!
