Michelle & Logan

Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us. We couldn't celebrate our day without them!

Michelle De Marco

Bride

The one in white. Probably crying a lot. Michelle was born in Texas, but considers herself a Wisconsinite. After completing undergraduate and graduate school at UW-Whitewater, Michelle now works in accounting while living in Iowa City. Her kind and pure heart is exemplified with her love of animals. She grew up riding horses and never misses an opportunity to point them out on car rides. Dogs are her second favorite animal, highlighted by the Instagram accounts she operates for our dog Dennis and her parents' dog, Lexi. She never passes up a Hallmark Christmas movie and is always there for her friends & family when needed. She could not be more excited to become a Wilz and looks forward to what the future holds!

Logan Wilz

Groom

Tall, dark, and handsome. The one in a suit. Small chance he might be in Packer athletic shorts though. Logan hails from Neenah, Wisconsin, and was once named the Neenah High School Athlete of the Year. Post high school, Logan spent 9 years in Madison attending UW- Madison (to become a doctor, he's not Van Wilder, don't worry) and in his last year swiped right on Michelle. Logan loves all things Wisconsin sports. His passion for athletics has led him to pursue a career in sports medicine post residency. Logan misses Wisconsin cheese curds, Miller Lite on tap, and not being the only person wearing Badger clothes, but has loved creating a home with Michelle and Dennis in Iowa City. He's intelligent, hard working, and an incredible person. Michelle can't wait to be his wife! :)

Kaylin Schueler

Matron of Honor

Big sis. Best friend. Michelle is excited to be transitioning from the annoying little sister to the annoying bride. Good thing Kaylin is incredibly patient and kind. Kaylin will do everything in her power to make sure the day goes off without a hitch, and if not, at least make sure the bride always has a drink in her hand. Kaylin is an amazing sister, wife, and mom (to one of the ring bearers). Kaylin graduated from UW-Milwaukee and [never escaped] calls Milwaukee home with her husband, Matt.

Nick Wollerman

Best Man

Childhood best friend. Nick and Logan were introduced on the Neenah Hoops Club B Team in 7th grade. As the only centers on the team, they spent countless practices playing 1-on-1 and working on tying their shoes. Although Logan's basketball career down spiraled, Nick continued to play for the state-qualifying Neenah Rockets basketball team his senior year of high school. They played football together throughout high school. Logan and Nick have attended countless sporting events, gone on dozens of trips, and have continued to stay close despite living in different cities (and now states) since graduating high school. Nick graduate from UW-Milwaukee currently works for an engineering firm in the Milwaukee area. Look for him busting out his dad moves on the dance floor after a few drinks!

Lauren Chilson

Matron of Honor

Big Sis. Best friend x 2. Michelle feels incredibly lucky to have not one, but two amazing sisters to help her celebrate the wedding. Lauren has been with the bride through it all, and knows just about everything about her. She spent the better part of 2011-2017 reminding Michelle "don't worry, the right guy is out there" so we know she is thrilled to see her getting married. Lauren found her future husband at 17 (Zac witnessed the bride playing guitar at her 8th grade graduation) and Michelle spent many weekends in her teens being third wheel to two of her favorite people. Lauren is the best mom (to Callie and Hadley, two of the flower girls), wife to Zac, and friend to all. She will be a fantastic matron of honor!

AJ Armstrong

Best Man

Childhood Best Friend. Growing up, AJ & Logan were known as the man-children of their eventual graduating high school class. The Armstrong household was a second home to Logan growing up and countless memories were formed there. AJ played football for the Army Black Knights where he met his wife, Marissa. They have since moved back closer to home and he has a well established career as an engineer as well as a life coach. AJ stands alongside Wally as the co-best man. He will likely grab the microphone and make a random announcement/speech/self-promotion at sometime during the wedding!

Anna Stawicki

Bridesmaid

Childhood best friend. Anna has a lot of dirt on the bride. One time, she convinced a very naive Michelle that her neighbors were harboring a whale in their backyard pool. Despite her trickery, she's the most loyal, caring, and supportive friend. Michelle considers herself an honorary daughter of the Stawicki family, as she spent a large portion of her childhood being fed, driven around, and cared for by them. Anna graduated from Edgewood College with a degree in nursing and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree. Michelle really enjoys hearing medical drama from her best friend and fiancé (apparently Grey's Anatomy is inaccurate).

Tyler LeDoux

Groomsman

Friends since 2nd grade, Logan and Tyler have been through a lot together including trick-or-treating every year through senior year of high school. Tyler once amassed over 15 lbs of halloween candy in a short few hours dressed as a ninja. They played football, basketball, and baseball growing up in addition to countless other adventures. Look for Tyler on the dance floor doing his best Kevin Bacon impersonation.

Brooke Van De Laarschot

Bridesmaid

Childhood best friend. Brooke and Michelle met in 1st grade and quickly became inseparable. In high school, they enjoyed many sleepovers, trips to Noodles and Company, playing basketball, and creating a million memories and inside jokes. Brooke graduated from East Carolina University and lives in North Carolina, where she works for Northwestern Mutual. Michelle and Brooke may live a thousand miles away from each other now, but their friendship is one where they can always pick up where they left off without missing a beat. Their ridiculous sayings and jokes makes them laugh like no other. The bride can't wait until she ties the knot, so they can finally say, "did you hear Brooke and Michelle got married? TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE!!"

Michael Bush

Groomsman

Childhood Friend. Although both Neenah High School graduates, Logan & Michael's friendship grew through various weekend trips to the Northwoods of Wisconsin in college. An avid seaman, Michael worked at the marina in Door County after college, and has since moved closer to home. You can find him enjoying the finest of spirits and the great outdoors. If you need any drink recommendations at the reception, he is the man to contact!

Dakota Wilz

Bridesmaid

Future sister-in-law. All around awesome person. The bride met Dakota for the first time at a Badger game party at Logan's house and she had no idea who Michelle was. Luckily, she was interested in getting to know her, and now a few years later she gets to call her a sister! Bonus, Michelle gets a super cute Husky named Ace as her dog nephew.

Phil Wedge

Groomsman

Friend of the Groom. Phil & Logan first met playing youth baseball. Although they went to separate high schools, their friendship was re-kindled after high school through various social events. Logan & Phil have gone to a number of concerts, including the Grateful Dead's 50th Anniversary show at Soldier Field in Chicago. A graduate of La Salle University, Phil currently works for a start up company in the Milwaukee area. He is well known among Logan's friend group for his extensive vinyl record collection. Ask him his opinions on the Bucks/Packers coaching/management when you meet him!

Tyler Ellisen

Usher

Although a year apart, Logan and Tyler became friends as offensive lineman in high school. As a law school graduate and business owner (Barrel XLI Brewing) Tyler is a jack of all trades. No one enjoys a Friday night fish fry more than this guy. Tyler currently works out of the state capitol in Madison and many in our friend group assume he will one day be the Mayor of Neenah. Tyler will be in his element on wedding day with the dance floor, free drinks, and beautiful golf course nearby.

Max McGilligan

Usher

Meeting via frequent shenanigans in college, Logan and Max have bonded over their love of sports. They have a goal to see as many minor league baseball stadiums as possible around the country. Max works for FloSports, a sports video streaming company where he travels the country to cover various sporting events. If you can't find Max at the wedding, check the driving range!

Ralph De Marco

Father of the Bride

As the father of 3 girls, Ralph is THRILLED this day has come. He's even more thrilled he's had a few years in between the last wedding to save up a few more bucks. Ralph is very excited to welcome Logan into the family as this will mean he will have unlimited access to free medical advice. All joking aside, this guy is an amazing dad, and has been Michelle's rock the last couple of years. Ralph is a full-blown dad. We're talking New Balances, grilling aficionado, professional napper, and making the family get to the airport at 5AM when the flight is at 8:30. He's happily passing on the reins to Logan to take care of the bride but will always be Michelle's number one fan. He's also been working on his father of the bride speech for the last year, so there's no doubt it will be fantastic!

Linda De Marco

Mother of the Bride

If there's one person who might cry more than the bride, it's Linda. She is equally thrilled for this day as she has also shared in the duty of reassuring Michelle that this day would come. She is the kindest, most supportive and loving mom, and this day would not be possible without her help and guidance! She is very excited her daughter is marrying an incredibly handsome young doctor (she's said as much several times). We love you x infinity mom!

Pat "Duke" Wilz

Father of the Groom

Have you ever seen anyone ride a bike wearing a tuxedo? Us neither, but it might happen on our wedding day. Pat, or better known by family and friends as "Duke", is an avid outdoorsman and loves bike riding. He could not be any happier for Michelle and Logan and looks forward to adding another daughter to the family.

Barb Wilz

Mother of the Groom

Barb could not be happier to have Michelle join the Wilz family! Logan's mom is a true sports and animal lover and you can find her most of the summer listening to the Milwaukee Brewers on the radio and playing with the dog all while enjoying an ice cold Bud Light!

Isaiah Boden

Ring Bearer

Oldest of 4 siblings, Isaiah is a natural leader. Ever since he could walk, Grandma Turner would always tell him that Logan is "Doctor Logan". Isaiah will lead the motley crew of ring bearers down the aisle and keep Dennis and Finn in check!

Finn Schueler

Ring Bearer

Michelle's two-year old nephew. Dennis will be helping him down the aisle so you can imagine our concern. We're not sure how efficient his ring-bearing skills will be but as long as he doesn't spike the box into the ground we should be okay.

Dennis

Dog of Honor

The chunky, white and brown bulldog with a mean mug. Will likely have no clue what's going on but will be very excited for the bully stick in his future. Apologies in advance if he jumps on you. He will (hopefully) be assisting our handsome, young ring bearers down the aisle.

Hope Pomeroy

Flower Girl

Being the sister to Faith, Hunter and Grace, Hope will be the perfect person to walk with Callie and Hadley down the aisle as flower girls! Hope loves spending time with her family and going up north. She was also active with the Nothin But Net FVL 4th Grade Girls Basketball team this past winter, so don't be surprised if you wake up with broken ankles Sunday morning!

Callie Chilson

Flower Girl

Michelle's three-year old niece. Frozen aficionado. Slight chance she will be singing "Let it Go" while walking down the aisle.

Hadley Chilson

Flower Girl

Michelle's one-year old niece & Callie's baby sister. We're not expecting much but we're hopeful. At least she'll look pretty dang cute in her dress.
