Question

Will transportation be provided between the hotels and venue?

Answer

Guests staying at the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn are welcome to take the transportation we have provided to and from the venue. We have reserved a 30-passenger party bus to transport our guests, as shuttle service is not provided by the Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn hotels in Shelby. Please be ready to board the bus by the following times: Fairfield Inn 4:15pm Hampton Inn 4:30pm The bus will drop guests off to both hotels at the following times: 9:00pm 10:00pm 11:00pm NOTE: There is no penalty for leaving your car in the parking lot overnight at the venue, should you decide to take the transportation we have provided.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors due to the weather. Although the ceremony will start at 5:00pm, guests are welcome to wait until an announcement is made for guests to take their seats. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive as early as 4:30pm for the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm.

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

If you are traveling westbound on E. Marion Street, the LeGrand Center will be on your left, after passing Kings Rd. If you see Cleveland Community College on your left, then you have gone too far. The most convenient place to park is at the front of the building, which faces E. Marion Street. There is also complimentary parking on the side and back of the building. There is no penalty for leaving your car in the parking lot overnight, should you decide to take the transportation we provided or catch a ride with another guest.

Where do I go when I get to the venue?

Answer

Once parked, walk to the front of the building, which is facing E. Marion Street. The front is denoted by a bridge that spans the length of the building. Walk past the waterfall and enter through the first set of double doors to the right. You have the option to take the stairs or the elevator - the elevator can be found to the left, under the staircase. Both options will take you to the 2nd floor main lobby, where you can comfortably wait for the announcement to take your seat.
