Friday Night Camping

Let us know if you plan on bringing your own gear to tent camp at The Brook Friday night (more details on our travel page).

Shuttle Transportation

2:15 pm - 11:15 pm

Shuttles will pick up guest at The Hilton and Staybridge. If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking at the venue! To kick off our large celebration, the shuttle will make 2 trips before the ceremony, and 3 trips at the end of the night. Since the first shuttle will leave the hotels starting at 2:15pm, there will be some drinks and games provided for you ahead of the ceremony! Please feel free to also explore our beautiful venue. Sunday Brunch (sadly canceled)

Very sadly, due to the popularity of our venue (and another lucky couple who gets to have their wedding there on Sunday), we can no longer hold a farewell brunch at The Brook on Sunday morning after our wedding. If alternative plans are arranged, we will make an announcement here on our website and at our reception. Thank you all for your understanding!
