Jessi and Michelle have been best friends since seventh grade. They went to East Iredell Middle School and CCTL together. Throughout this time they had their ups and downs but ultimately ended up the best of friends.

Jon

Jon is Jordan's older brother who named him, both having the initials JEB. Through the time the two were not always close, but just out of reach as they faced troubles of their own along the way. In the end, they lived happily ever after.

Katlyn

Katlyn is Michelle's older sister, who named her. Their story began when Katlyn saw Michelle at the hospital and exclaimed "My Chelle!" thus naming her. From this point on their connection as sisters was undeniable, often being mistaken for twins.

Jordan is Jordan's best friend. Often referred to as; "Other Jordan", "Army Jordan", or "Alaska Jordan" by Jordan's family. Jordan and Jordan have been strong friends since eighth grade, having a grand ol' time as any friends would.

Emma

Emma is Michelle's younger sister that she wished on a shooting star for. Michelle wanted a baby sister with all of her heart. She was extremely excited to find out she would have one! Michelle has helped Emma whenever she can.

Jake is Jordan's close friend and current roommate. At this point, they are battle buddies fighting against the forces of school, overcoming the difficult challenges thrown at them from awful teachers that refuse to teach anything.

Nora

Nora is Michelle's awesome cousin. Michelle met Nora after her aunt Melissa adopted her from Ethiopia. Since then they enjoy their short time together at family functions when they can hangout. Nora spends her time helping others in Ethiopia.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth is Michelle's best friend from college. They first met over a conversation of sadness which led to their long standing friendship. They helped each other make it through App State and will help each other through the rest of their lives.

Josh

Josh is part of Jordan's App State Family. Often coined "The silent one", or "Google", he is an amazing guy with a lot of potential in life. He is a very awesome addition to the friend group and when he speaks, it's either funny, or it's incredibly smart.

Michael is Michelle's best guy friend. Michael was one grade below Michelle in school. They attended the same middle and high school but it was not until they were both volunteering at East Iredell Middle School that their friendship began.

Chelsey is Jordan's best friend. They met in ninth grade because they shared Gabby as a mutual friend. After hanging out, they realized they shared similar humor and really knew how to laugh. Though they share different opinions, Chelsey has taught Jordan how to remain open-minded.

Thomas

Thomas is Michelle's step brother through her dad. They spent many hours in their teens playing in the yard and talking about life. As life became busy, their time together is now limited but their bond as brother and sister still remains strong.

Gabby is the person that really taught Jordan how to grow as a person. Teaching him what a relationship really is; how to realize his short comings and how to address them. While also being a person that he can still turn to when needing a friend to rely on. A strong friendship holds them together as best friends.
