We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in Punta Cana! This all-inclusive beachfront resort will be home to all of our wedding events, and we can’t wait to spend an unforgettable few days celebrating with you.

Do I need to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes. To be included in all wedding events, we kindly ask that guests stay at our host resort and book through our designated travel advisor. This ensures a seamless experience for everyone, including access to scheduled events and transportation.

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding celebration adults-only due to venue capacity. Children are welcome at the resort for your personal vacation, but will not be included in the ceremony or reception. We hope you enjoy this as a chance to relax and have a fun getaway with us!

Why do we need to book through the travel advisor?

Answer

Booking through our travel advisor ensures you receive the best available rates, access to our room block, and included roundtrip airport transportation. It also allows you to be part of all wedding events.

What is included in the all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Your stay includes accommodations, all meals and drinks (including alcohol), resort activities, and entertainment. Gratuities are not included.

How much is the deposit? Are payment plans available?

Answer

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to reserve your room. Payment plans are available, with the final balance due closer to the wedding date.

Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?

Answer

Yes! Upgrades and extended stays are available upon request and are subject to availability. We recommend reaching out to our travel advisor as early as possible, as the resort may sell out.

Are flights included?

Answer

Flights are not included and should be booked separately. If you need assistance selecting flights, our travel advisor is happy to help guide you.

Is airport transportation included?

Answer

Yes! Roundtrip airport transportation from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is included when you book through our travel advisor. Please be sure to provide your flight details to our travel advisor in advance so transportation can be arranged.

What travel documents do I need?

Answer

A valid passport is required for travel. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

When should I arrive and depart?

Answer

We recommend arriving by Thursday to enjoy all planned events and departing on Sunday or later if you please. A more detailed schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests stay at our host resort to be included in wedding events and transportation.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation.

When do I need to RSVP and book my room by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st so we can finalize our guest list and arrangements. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until your room deposit has been received. To secure your spot, a room deposit is required by October 30th through our travel advisor. Final payment for your stay will be due by November 30th. Payment plans are available between your initial deposit and the final payment deadline.
