Lisa and I met when we were 17, freshman year of college at Temple University in Philly! We both started as music majors and both switched to a career in nursing. She plays violin and I play flute. Lisa works in the emergency department, where she met her husband! I always admired her drive. We were always so supportive of each other as we grew throughout the years. She finished her master's as a nurse practitioner, which definitely inspired me while I was in school for CNS. We had a lot of fun times going out in Philly throughout the years. Those were our twenties! She also introduced me to New Orleans and Baton Rouge, such an amazing part of the country. She went to high school just outside of New Orleans, and her family lives in that area. She lives in Baton Rouge now. She introduced me to King Cake! Yum! I love all the fun times we've had down there. Lisa has a 3-year-old son and just had another adorable baby boy this year. I'm so excited for her. Lisa is an amazing person, and I'm so excited she is going to be by my side when I get married!

Ashley and I have been friends since we were 3 years old! We grew up together in Ringwood, NJ. She moved to North Carolina when we were 11, but we stayed close. We had great memories growing up on Erskine Lake. Swim team, hanging out at the beach, jumping off the diving boards, sailing of the boats, spending time with family and friends. It was an amazing childhood. I remember all of us rode sleds down her backyard onto the frozen lake every winter too. I love our memories visiting her over the years in the Outer Banks, where she lives. Some of my favorite times in the Outer Banks were nights out dancing at Kelley's or the OBX Brewery for 80s night and that time we all went fishing, prepared everything, and made a nice cookout from everything we caught! Ashley and I also have a lot of fun memories going out in Philly when she visited me throughout the years. When I decided to do travel nursing for a little bit, Ashley and I drove across the country to LA for my first assignment. We drove all the way across the country on route 40 in my Jetta with whatever I could fit in the trunk, and my chocolate lab Miller and cat Ricky in the backseat. As soon as we got to LA, hurricane Sandy hit the east coast! Ashley did an amazing job helping me plan out that trip. In one day we saw the Grand Canyon and went out in Vegas that night! Ashley has 2 daughters, 8 and 4 years old. Ashley is an amazing person and I'm so excited to have her by my side when I get married!

Nicole is Jason's sister! We have a lot of fun together, which definitely means so much to me. I'm going to have the best sister-in-law. We're both super busy - her with work and raising 2 and 3 year-old daughters, and me with work and school but we always love to find time to hang out when I'm up in NY to see Jason. We all love going out to dinners as a family and Nicole and I love going to Orange Theory fitness together. We all love going to the beach together a lot too. I absolutely love her daughters Isla and Chloe - my flower girls! They get so excited to see me every time, which makes me feel so happy. I love playing with them. They're calling me Aunt Michelle! I love it! I'm definitely lucky Jason has such an awesome family. We're looking forward to many great years ahead! Nicole is an amazing person and I'm so excited to have her by my side when I get married.

Sarah and I have known each other for about 6 years! We're nurses in the neuro ICU together. We have a lot of fun memories going out in Philly over the years. We love trying different restaurants and exploring neighborhoods all over Philly. We also love going to the beach and hiking in the Wissahickon together. She's such a great cook too. She loves trying fun new recipes and having everyone over for dinner. Everything always turns out so good! Of course, I live vicariously through her when I get to come over to play with her 2 cute cats, since I don't have pets right now. We have always been supportive of each other as we've grown throughout the years, which means so much. She is definitely one of the sweetest people. She recently bought a beautiful new house in Philly, so we're all really excited for her. We have a lot of fun going to her place for game nights. Sarah is an amazing person, and I'm so excited to have her by my side when I get married!

Isaira and I have known each other for about 7 years! We're nurses together in the neuro ICU. We started together on the exact same day! We have a lot of fun going out in Philly, going to all different restaurants. I love how we were supportive of each other as we grew throughout the years. She finished her master's as a nurse practitioner, so she knows first-hand all the craziness and stress I went through with clinicals. I love going to Isaira's place for game nights and parties. She is known for her margaritas! She would always have awesome Christmas parties each year. She absolutely loves Christmas and will start talking about Christmas in the summer. I also live vicariously through her when I get to come over and play with her two cats, since I don't have pets right now. Isaira grew up in NYC and started dating her now husband when they still lived in NYC. She was super excited when I started dating Jason and told me about the best bagel place in NYC - Baker's Dozen in Kew Gardens (Queens). It's true. They're amazing. I would always bring Isaira back some bagels when I visited Jason, so she called me her bagel dealer. Isaira (and Sarah) love going to great adventure, so it's fun to go with them. Isaira is an amazing person, and I'm so excited to have her by my side when I get married!

Nicole and I have known each other for about 5 years! We met in our running club in Philly - Philly Runners. Nicole and I trained together for several marathons throughout the years. We love supporting each other and seeing each other grow. She has run several NYC Marathons - her husband proposed to her at the finish of the NYC Marathon! - so she told me how amazing the experience was when I was training for my first NYC Marathon in 2018. She was there to cheer for me - wearing a giant red crab hat so I could pick her out of the massive crowd. It worked! I saw her, ran up and hugged her for 1 second, and continued on. I love all the mental strength we worked on, using positive mantras during tough races like Kara Goucher does. We can definitely carry this into all aspects of life. We both love to make the superhero muffins and try all the recipes in Shalane Flannagan's cookbooks. We love running in Philly and NYC together. I love all the trips with friends from our running club. Going to Eugene, Oregon was such a beautiful and fun trip. We also had a lot of fun times going out in Philly, and then in Brooklyn when Nicole moved there. She recently bought her first home in NJ with her husband, and everyone is so excited for her! Nicole also grew up in Forest Hills, like Jason, but they met through me since they went to different high schools and Jason is a few years older. Small world! Nicole is an amazing person and I'm so excited to have her by my side when I get married!
