Yes absolutely, when they are taking your order at the reception be sure to tell your server. The venue is very accommodating and it will be no problem.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot for both the ceremony and reception

The Wedding is Black Tie Optional

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to the Church Ceremony. There will be transportation from the Hilton Hotel to the Reception and back to the hotel after (where you can continue to celebrate at the after party)
