No stilettos or flip flop sandals PLEASE this is semi/formal attire please wear comfortable shoes with perhaps a chunky heel or summer cork heels or elegant woman sandals are okay! Be careful walking there are uneven coral stone sidewalks, grass, and stone steps throughout venue.

Clothing ALLOWED & NOT ALLOWED -Wedding guest please come dressed black tie formal or elegant cocktail dresses or elegant wear. Ladies or Gentlemen please NO HATS! -Colors allowed black suits, black long knee length dresses, and family and friends we are doing a color theme we ask that our wedding guest wear either black, or any earth tones color not specifically but such as different shades of sage, dusty rose pink, cappuccino, mauve shades, light lilacs, please no patterns or bright colors thank you. -Gentlemen please no short sleeves polos, T-shirts, shorts or sandals allowed! -NO shorts - NO jeans -NO see through dresses -sandals, flip flops, sneakers -no one wear white , beige, or ivory colored clothing as the bride will get upset if anyone matches her, LOL! ( I don’t mean a white shirt with a suit that’s allowed obviously) - Please NO baseball hats, beanies or Lady hats either! -NO bathing suits we are not swimming.
Yes! Please keep in mind the venue is located by the water. Vizcaya’s sidewalks are made of coral rock which makes the ground extremely uneven. To prevent any accidents we ask guests to keep their little ones close and moms to reconsider wearing high heels. Chunky heels, low heels or flats are highly recommended. Guests who are planning to attend with small children are asked to hold on to their little ones during the ceremony. There will be no seating and we CANNOT have children running around while the ceremony takes place. We also ask parents to keep small ones by their side during the reception lunch.
During ceremony we ask everyone to please silent the volume\ ringers so we don’t have any interruptions durning our ceremony! Thank you!
We ask guest to please be at venue at 11:15am we will meet in the "Mound" / "Casino" upper area! Guest could stand on either side since we will be combining our two family & friends as one unit!
We will be doing a champagne toast when we enter reception at restaurant however we cannot do separate checks it’s all one bill so what they provide to each table is all that will be available, sorry and guest are not allowed to leave room and go to bar the restaurant will not allow so drinking will have to start when we leave!
Coffee, Tea & Soft Drinks included Specialty Drinks NOT included- cappuccino, espresso, dessert beverages, bottled still & sparkling water, beer, wine, or cocktails!
