How can I RSVP?

Given the location of our wedding, please kindly offer a soft RSVP. This does not commit you to your decision, but helps with our planning efforts. Please submit your final RSVP by October 16th, 2025 via the RSVP Tab.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is available at the hotel and wedding venue. Although ubers / bolts might be your best option given how close the venues are to Lisbon downtown / airport.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We ask that children are not brought to the wedding, but feel free to bring them to the hotel and let us know if babysitting services are needed, and we can help find someone with you and our planner.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Ceremony: 5pm latest, buses from hotel will be available. Reception: will be in same location as ceremony, no travel needed.

A variety of Portuguese / European style options will be served. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Yes, our registry can be found linked on the website. This will become available as we come closer to our wedding date.

Golf Related questions: How would I book that and how far in advance can I do so? Do I get a discount? How can I ship my clubs? Will Steven Koss or Kyle Long break 100 this year?

Golf bookings can be made by calling the Penha Longa Hotel, or via https://book.penhalonga.com/golf. Please mention the wedding and that you are staying at the hotel for any available discounts. Rentals are available, but limited so please include a request for them when booking. As to Steven and Kyle, we will have to wait and see!

Yes, buses will be available to and from the wedding venue back to the Penha Longa Resort only.

Do you have a recommendation of areas in Lisbon to stay, if not staying with the group at Penha Longa?

Answer

We recommend staying in the downtown area for easy access to attractions and transportation. Please be advised there are a lot of steep hills in Lisbon, so please check elevation / handicap access if a concern for your group before booking.

U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days in Portugal. Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned date of departure from the Schengen Area.
