We love kids, but for our celebration, we would like to maintain an adults-only environment as best as possible. Unless your invitation specifically indicates an additional guest count for your children, take the night off and come celebrate with us! We appreciate your understanding.
Saratoga Springs has a large parking lot for those driving in. If you plan on drinking, you will be able to leave your car overnight until 9am the next day. We highly recommend using a rideshare app (Uber, Lyft) or scheduling a taxi. The roads in the Santa Cruz mountains are dark and windy at night, so please do not drink and drive! Due to the noise ordinance in this area, the reception will end promptly at 10pm. Be sure to connect to the Wifi to call your rideshares as there is no cell reception.
Saratoga Springs is a liquor free venue but there will be plenty of wine and beer flowing! We will also have sake and soju bottles and cocktails available at our self-serve bar. The bar will be open as soon as guests arrive prior to the ceremony, so skip the line and be responsible with your pours!
Dress code is black tie optional. Feel free to dress as formal as you'd like or a nice cocktail dress/dress shirt and tie would be perfect. For those wearing heels, a block heel is recommended as the ground is mostly artificial turf with some gravel. Most importantly, be comfortable and ready to hit the dance floor! The venue is fully outdoors so be sure to bring a jacket in case it gets cold at night. Please do not wear white or ivory.
We can't wait to see all of the photos everyone has taken throughout the night! However, we'd like to request an unplugged ceremony so let our wedding photographer take care of all the snapshots and enjoy this moment with us!
Please RSVP no later than 8/01/25 for us to finalize all seating and catering arrangements.
The ceremony will start at 5pm so please arrive 15-30 minutes ahead of time to mingle and make use of our open self-serve bar.
