Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the resort is closed and currently scheduled to open on July 1, 2020. Due to the closure, the refund for your room has been requested and the processing time can take between 30-90 days, because of the overwhelming refunds that are currently being handled.  The refunds will be issued the same way they were paid.  If you paid through Zelle/Cash app, I had to use my card and I will send it back to you once received.
