Michelle had a coworker back in 2017 that had wanted to set her up with a friend but Michelle was hesitant & brushed off the oppotunity. In June of 2019, Michelle decided to give online dating another try & sent a message to a guy & she got a message back. He introduced himself as Jack, but said that his real name is Giacomo Camilleri. And over the next week or 2, Jack would make 4 attempts to meet Michelle before she finally said she would. Jack was persistent. Michelle later learned that Jack was the guy her coworker wanted to set her up with! On July 7th, Jack & Michelle met for dinner at Station 21. Michelle would later tell people she had the best first date ever that night! And there was proof that she had. Payton Smith, Michelle’s cousin was working at Station 21 & came upstairs to find Michelle because she could hear her laughing. Payton’s family was also downstairs. Jack was all about meeting them. Michelle did not let that happen, but left knowing Jack was different than any guy she had met. Knowing Michelle had never had a boyfriend & had never been in love, Jack took his time with these things. It wasn’t until November of 2019 that Jack asked Michelle to be his girlfriend. And it wasn’t until July of 2020 that Jack told Michelle that he loved her. Jack was Michelle’s first boyfriend & neither had been in love before. Neither had given those words to anyone else. Jack & Michelle continue to share these words daily! March 20th, 2021, Jack found the perfect spot with lights decorating a fountain & knowing Michelle would love the lights, he chose that spot to get down on one knee & ask Michelle to marry him. Decemeber 11th, 2021, Jack & Michelle will finally celebrate their love & commitment to each other & to God. They look forward to having you all join them on that day as they thank God for bringing them together.
