Welcome BBQ "Rehearsal Dinner"

5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Hot food (BBQ Buffet style) will be served 6 - 7:30 PM but we will have drinks and snacks before and after that. Covered outdoor pavilion with large lawn field adjacent. Join us for a picnic-style BBQ with appetizer trays and desserts and hopefully S'mores by the bonfire. Possibly some lawn games, too. As food will be served buffet-style, we are requiring vaccination for this (and all) wedding events. There will be vegetarian hot food options (likely veggie burgers) which also will be reserved for anyone with Kosher dietary restrictions (let us know on RSVP). Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us at 4pm sharp for our wedding ceremony on the Treetops Terrace of the Conference Center. (Rain location will be inside the Conference Center.) Afterwards, join us for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and live (!) music. The reception will be fully indoors and therefore, while many safety measures are in effect (see FAQ on our page) full-time masking and social distancing will not be possible. While the dinner portion will be plated, other parts are buffet-style. For your safety as our guests - and especially for our MANY immunocompromised guests (newborns, folks > 60, those w/ asthma, those receiving immuno-suppressant therapies) we are REQUIRING that all guests over the age of 5 are fully vaccinated, including 2 COVID-19 shots AND a booster shot. There's no gift more important than the safety of those we love. Sunday Farewell Brunch
