We first met as Rho Gammas—guiding new recruits through the whirlwind of sorority recruitment, offering advice, encouragement, and maybe just a little dramatic flair along the way. But while we were busy helping others find their perfect match, we were completely oblivious to the fact that *ours* was standing just a few feet away. For days, we stole glances at each other across the room, exchanging smiles that lingered just a little too long, and wondering if the other had noticed (spoiler: we definitely had). Our friends would say things like, “Why don’t you two just talk to each other already?” But in true rom-com fashion, we needed a build-up—one filled with serendipitous moments and stolen side-eye admiration. Then, as recruitment came to a close, so did the distance between us. A conversation turned into laughter, laughter turned into late-night talks, and before we knew it, the spark we had been ignoring became undeniable. It turns out, while we were busy helping others find where they belonged, we had unknowingly found our home in each other. And now, here we are—ready to say “I do” to a lifetime of love, laughter, and (let’s be honest) a lot more rom-com moments along the way.
