Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to vendor contracts, anyone who does not RSVP before April 20th will be considered a declined invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive with enough time to get settled before the start of the ceremony. Venue is open to guests starting at 6:30pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity and budget restrictions, we cannot allow extra guests at this time. When you search for your name under the RSVP tab, you may see names of those in your party or the word "Guest" below your name, this indicates you have been allowed a +1. If you see only your name we sincerely apologize, but we will be sure to seat you with people you know and love!

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Sage, blush pink, and grey. With that being said, there is no need to wear or avoid wearing these colors. We want you to come in whatever color you feel the most comfortable in. (Except for white. Obviously.)

Why don't I see a gift registry?

Answer

Due to the nature of a destination wedding, we are unable to accommodate transportation of gifts back home and we honestly have everything we need in our humble abode. Your attendance alone means the world to us but if you still feel inclined to gift, there will be a wedding card box with the guest book at the ceremony if any of our guests would like to make a donation to our honeymoon.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Listen, we love your children as much as you do. But this is VEGAS!! We strongly discourage anyone under the age of 21 to attend. However, if your attendance hinges on your ability to bring your child(ren), we would rather see all of your beautiful faces than none at all! Please reach out to either the bride or groom for further information.

What is "cocktail attire"?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. If you are unsure about your choice, please feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom with any attire questions.

Do I have to RSVP online?

Answer

Online RSVP is simply meant to make it easier for us to keep track of who has already RSVP'd. However, if you do not feel comfortable navigating the website, please call/text to RSVP.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Rainbow Gardens has ample parking for anyone renting a vehicle or driving in for the event. Please consider leaving your vehicle at your accommodations if you will be drinking at the reception and unable to drive. No vehicle? No worries! Vegas has plenty of transportation, please see the "Travel" tab for some available options.

Will you be getting a hotel block?

Answer

Short answer: no. Long answer: there are so many options in Las Vegas we did not want anyone to feel obligated to stay where we are staying and want everyone to book a hotel within their budget. Individual booking also allows flexibility to those guests wishing to arrive early or stay after the wedding on an extended vacation to Vegas. If you would like suggestions for options on/off the strip, hotels with/without casinos, etc - please reference the "Travel" tab listed above.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the outdoor courtyard at dusk. The reception following will be indoors in the venue's formal room which overlooks the outdoor courtyard and covered patio waterfall.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, fish, sides, and salads. Out of respect for the groom's family, no pork of any kind will be served at the wedding. If you have other dietary restrictions please let us know during the RSVP process and we will do our best to accommodate.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We would ask that you please refrain from ANY photography during the ceremony. However, please take as many photos as you would like during the reception. We will have a Snapchat geofilter available and strongly encourage our guests to use the hashtag #SheSyedYes if posting to social media so we can see how much fun you had at the wedding!

Will there be any additional events other than the wedding?

Answer

We want our guests to come to Vegas and enjoy their time without the worry of a schedule. But as the date gets closer, we will post some of our plans for Friday and/or Sunday under the "Schedule" tab in the event anyone would like to join us. If you are looking for additional recommendations, please reference the "Things To Do" tab for some popular suggestions.
