We first came into each other's lives at the start of nursing school in January of 2020 at Fresno State. We didn't have many interactions until Eamon walked into the Student Health and Counseling Center two years later, during our fifth semester, for an interview to be a Student Nursing Assistant, where Michelle was working. Being coworkers was short-lived, as Michelle started her externship, but during those few weeks, we spoke frequently about work, classes, exams, and future plans of where we wanted to work. Graduation came and went, and we didn't keep in contact other than a Happy Birthday message over social media because Eamon remembered that our birthdays were three days apart. One day in October of 2023, Eamon saw a selfie that Michelle posted of herself on her Instagram story and decided to reply with a single flame emoji 🔥. That prompted a conversation in which Eamon asked Michelle out on a date at South of Shaw Brewery. Unexpectedly to Eamon, Michelle accepted, and the rest is history. Now here we are, two years later, getting ready to celebrate our love story with all of you. Cheers to many more years of love and happiness for the bride and groom!
