Menu: Catered by West Wind Supper Club Summer Salad: Spring greens, spinach, Mandarin oranges, strawberries, sliced almonds with a citrus vinaigrette Champagne Chicken: Lightly dusted chicken breast pan seared and smothered in sweet champagne cream sauce, topped with dried cranberries Tenderloin Beef Tips: Braised tenderloin beef tips in a rich Burgundy wine and mushroom demi-glaze Whipped Sweet Potatoes: Mix of sweet potatoes and Yukon Gold potatoes (very yummy) Green Beans Almandine: Fresh green beans sauteed al dente, topped with toasted almonds Dinner Rolls & Butter Kids menu avialable by request: Breaded chicken strips, mac 'n cheese and fruit cup

10:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Join us on the lawn to light wish lanterns and watch them twinkle in the sky...then back to the party!
