Michelle and David originally met in the basement of the young professionals Chabad of Philadelphia back in 2019. From then on, they developed a unique relationship where they would either engage in hour long conversations or give the casual head nod of acknowledgement whenever they saw each other at parties or Jewish events. Fast forward to February 11th, 2023 when they both found themselves at a Valentine’s Day party hosted by their mutual friend, Talia, at the bar in David’s apartment building. After the casual head nod, neither spoke a word to each other until the tail end of the party, at which point they spoke for over two hours. After exchanging numbers, they went out for drinks three days later on Valentine’s Day (which David claims was an accident, not realizing it was Valentine’s Day until after the plans were already made) and they have been together ever since. They are incredibly grateful and happy to have found each other and are greatly looking forward to starting this next chapter of their lives.
