Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 10, 2022 via the RSVP page. We require dietary restrictions to be added/updated to your RSVP no later than June 10, 2022. If you intend to take advantage of the hotel blocks, please book no later than May 9, 2022. St. Augustine is a popular destination. We encourage all guests to make travel & hotel arrangements as soon as able.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See the travel page for full details of hotels with reserved blocks. Please book no later than May 9, 2022 if you intend to use these blocks. Hotels fill up quickly in St. Augustine. We encourage all guests to make hotel arrangements as soon as able.

Question

Is photography allowed during the events?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during our ceremony and reception to allow our photographer to capture the event. This is to prevent undesired flashes or lighting issues (phone's appearing in pictures).

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

See each event for the wedding attire on the schedule page.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive no earlier than 5:00 pm for the 5:30 pm Ceremony.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include your dietary restrictions in your RSVP no later than 30 days ahead of the event (June 10, 2022). You can re-submit your RSVP if you need to update your response for these inputs.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your wedding invitation will include the total number of individuals included in your party. If you are still uncertain, please reach out to Michelle or Daniel directly for clarification.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking designated for The White Room. There is parking within St. Augustine historic district to include a garage. We recommend taking a Uber, hotel shuttle, or staying within walking distance for the most convenience. On Sunday's, street parking is not metered and you may be able to luck out nearby on King St.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided. We recommend checking in with your hotel to see if a shuttle service can be provided to the venue or to arrange for a Uber/taxi.

Question

Where's Ollie?

Answer

Ollie is lounging at his Florida vacation home. He's doing his best to avoid the pool. (Thanks Mom & Dad!)
