Due to the size of our venue, we kindly ask our guests to only RSVP for the people listed on the invitation.

Our event will be semi-formal. Please reach out to the bride and groom directly for any questions.

The only children invited to our event will be indicated on your invitation. Otherwise, this will be a child-free event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please reach out to the bride and groom directly to make a special request. We will do everything we can to work with our caterer to make sure that all dietary restrictions are accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be restricted to the free municipal lots. Not to worry as they are a very short walk to the venue. If you have any issues finding a space, please feel free to reach out to us.

Where are the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors at Dramatic Hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure a timely start to our event.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be having a plated dinner at our reception and passed appetizers at our cocktail hour. The bar will be serving a selection of beer, wine, and our signature cocktail throughout the evening.

Can I take and post pictures and videos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage you to take lots of pictures and videos. Our only request is that you tag the photos and videos with our hashtag #thehuntisover so we can keep track of all your posts.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be serving a selection of beer and wine, along with our signature cocktail, which will be a whiskey-based drink. Water and soft drinks will also be available.
