There are two options for airports to fly into. Both are about the same distance to McMinnville. Nashville (BNA - 73 miles) or Chattanooga (CHA - 75 miles) whichever works best for you.

We have rooms blocked off for your convenience for The 28th and 29th of June at the rate of $78 + tax. If you want additional nights before or after you can check hotel for rates for other days. The rooms will be under my name (Michelle Edwards) and you must call the local hotel number listed above to book. Make sure they change the name and book reservation under your own name and credit card information. You must call and book directly with them to get the rate. Do not go online to book and do not call 800 number to book.
