Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Venue 808 does NOT have on-site parking. Unless otherwise stated, parking meters are FREE on Sundays :) Please go to the "Parking" page for detailed information on parking garage options.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival and seating will start at 3:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a Padres game that day?

Answer

We planned accordingly and made sure there wasn't a Padres game on the same day. However, there is an island/reggae music festival that day at Gallagher Square, starting at Noon. There are ample amounts of parking spaces at the Padres Parkade on 10th Avenue and J Street (more specific directions under "Is there parking..." FAQ.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

No, smoking is not allowed. This includes cigarettes, vapes, cigars, and other similar items.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business casual will be fine :) We want everyone to feel comfortable, but please no shorts, flip flops, or other beach-lounging attire.
