Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire for both ceremony and reception.

What will the weather be like during wedding week?

Answer

The average high in April is 82 degrees, with a low of 66 degrees. The average humidity is 87%.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both events are on property, however, due to the size of the property there are trollies to transport you around the resort. Please be mindful of your timing, as the trollies run on a schedule and you may have to wait for the arrival of one at your location. After the ceremony, the trollies will transport guests to the cocktail hour and reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be outdoor under a covered forum.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although kids are welcome at the resort, the ceremony and reception will be ADULT ONLY. The resort offers nanny services, which you may book in advance for the wedding events.

Where can I reserve my hotel?

Answer

Please use the reservation link that WE provide! This will allow us and the hotel to properly account for the guests attending the wedding. The link is located on the travel tab. We set a room block for 4/17/24 - 4/19/24, as well as an additional three nights prior or post for those that wish to arrive early and/or stay longer. Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Is this an all-inclusive hotel?

Answer

Yes, your reservation will include your hotel room, taxes, food, drinks, most activities offered by the resort and service gratuities.

When is the latest date to book the hotel reservation?

Answer

You must reserve your room no later than January 10, 2024, as the reservation link will expire.

Are there hotel accommodations away from Garza Blanca?

Answer

You must be a guest at the resort to access the private wedding events. There are no day passes into the resort for guests not staying at the hotel.

Does the Resort offer transportation to & from the airport?

Answer

This option will be offered to the guests during the booking process, and they can add this service to their reservation. Prices will be confirmed with the guest at the booking time. In the case that they need personal assistance on this, they can contact: transportation@garzablancaresort.com

Can I upgrade my room?

Answer

Yes! If you'd like to upgrade the room to an option no longer available on the reservation link provided, there is contact information for the reservations team on that page. They may assist with your booking.

Where & when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond on the RSVP tab of our wedding site (link will be live shortly). We ask that you RSVP no later than January 15, 2024.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of this destination wedding, the welcomed guests will be listed when you RSVP.

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the only gift we could ever ask for, but if you insist, please see the registry page. Due to travel, we request that the gifts be shipped to the listed address.
