What do I wear?

Answer

Considering the wedding starts at 4pm and it will be early October, there’s no telling what the weather will be like! Plan to wear your favorite party attire - whatever you are comfortable in! Guys can wear dress pants or khakis and a polo (example) or button down shirt and tie if they like! Ladies, bust out your favorite cocktail dress or evening gown! If you’re more comfortable in pants and a dress top then go for it! Can’t wait to see everyone.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Please answer alcohol question on this website RSVP. This will help me plan appropriately. Thank you. Tea and water as well as coffee (upon request) will be available. There will also be a limited selection of sodas available. Alcohol will be available as a cash bar. Cash only will be accepted. There is an ATM on site. Cost of alcohol is: $3 or $4 beer; $7 wine; $8 liquor

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we would like to invite all the children of our friends, it is only possible to accommodate the children of the immediate family & wedding party. We also thought you might like a day off!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have booked a block of rooms at The Montgomery Bell Inn. Check out the Travel and Hotel Accommodations part of this site for the details!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have reserved the number of seats in your honor based on your invitation. When RSVPing please make sure I have the spelling of both you and your guests name correctly.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a few items registered here on Zola and Bed, Bath and Beyond, however we really have the things we need for around the house. At this point, we're just saving for a honeymoon!

TO GET TO THE HOTEL: Follow this road past the golf course. You will come to a “Y” in the road. Go to the left at the “Y”. Follow this road to the Inn and Conference centers parking lot. TO GET TO THE LAKE ACORN PAVILION FOR THE WEDDING: Follow this road past the golf course. You will come to a “Y” in the road. Go to the right at the “Y”. Follow this road to where you see Swimming, Boating, Sign. Watch for signs and you will come to Parking for the pavilion where the wedding is.
