What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before our ceremony begins at 2:00 PM, so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request black-tie attire. Ladies are invited to wear floor-length gowns or dresses, and gentlemen are asked to wear tuxedos. As our ceremony will take place outdoors, we recommend choosing appropriate footwear.

January in Gainesville is usually mild and pleasant. Daytime temperatures are typically around 65–70°F (18–21°C), with cooler evenings around 42–50°F (6–10°C). We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable, especially for the outdoor ceremony.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception and dinner will be indoors.
