How do I reserve my luxury tent for the weekend?

Answer

We are so happy to have you all at our “mini-destination” wedding! We are covering 50% of tent reservation fees for our guests. To reserve your spot for the weekend, please RSVP through this website. Upon check-in, Fields staff will require a credit card to put on file. The tents cost approximately 200/person for the weekend.

What should I expect of this “luxury tent”?

Answer

Each canvas tent is outfitted with the amenities that keep you comfortable with pieces of luxury that keep you happy. Tents include: electricity, full bathroom with hot water, lush linens and King bed with bed warmer, air-conditioner or wood stove *weather dependent. Outside, you’ll find your own fire pit and lounge chairs for early morning coffee.

What should I pack?

Answer

A variety of clothing including cocktail attire, semi-formal attire and warm/comfortable clothing to sit by the fire. If you plan on spending some time at the beach, be sure to bring a swim suit, towels, sun screen, etc.

What should I not pack?

Answer

You will be staying in a luxurious tent with a full bathroom...standard camping equipment will not be needed! No need to bring cooking utensils, folding chairs, sleeping bags, or any other camping gear.

Should I pack food?

Answer

You are more than welcome to have snacks at your tent, however meals will be provided for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast. We recommend you check out the awesome restaurants downtown for lunch on Saturday!
