Brent learned the true meaning of cold on our first trip back to Michigan in winter 2015. The brew tour Kayla put together outweighed the frozen limbs and we've gotten him to return since :)

Here we are the day we signed the lease on our first apartment together. Michelle looks overjoyed, Brent looks... optimistic?

We made a stop in Napa on our road trip down to Los Angeles, to start a long-distance year for Michelle's residency. Henley would like to know why we haven't purchased her a vineyard yet.

Brent's surprise 30th in Disneyland. Brent flew down for what he thought was a visit with Michelle, and the whole family surprised him with a trip that made him forget about getting so old!

Michelle's long-awaited graduation day! We still had 2 months left of long-distance, but the end was in sight!

Brent pulled off the ultimate surprise proposal by faking a dinner date with friends Ian and Nat. When Michelle arrived, he was waiting in the candlelit private garden of our favorite restaurant!

We can get used to a sandy holiday season with the Kuhn clan! Florida trips have become at least annual now that Rex and Becky bought a place on Sanibel are spending more and more time in the sun.

Hiking Mt. Ellinor on our -1 (turned out to be -2 year anniversary, July 29, 2020). Mt. Ellinor is the southernmost peak in the Olympics, and is visible from Alderbrook.

We closed on our first home and 3rd shared address in May 2021. It's a fixer that will keep us busy for a long time!

We've been working our butts off... or covering them in drywall... to get it ready it move-in ready in time to have somewhere to live!
