We’d love to see our family & friends get dressed up in color! Dress code is black tie optional. Garden party attire encouraged.
Our wedding is at Rancho Bernardo Inn on the Aragon Lawn on May 23, 2026. The ceremony begins at 2:00pm & we ask that you arrive early 30 minutes early. Golf carts will be there to take you down to the ceremony & reception area.
On-site parking is available at Rancho Bernardo Inn. We will be covering the cost of valet for guests arriving the day of the wedding.
Although the ceremony begins at 2:00pm, we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early at 1:30pm to allow for shuttle time, getting settled, & enjoy music & refreshments.
To RSVP, please visit the “RSVP” page & fill out the online form. To help us with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the official RSVP by date is March 9th, 2026. Due to vendors needing official numbers, if we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will have to mark you as a “No”. We look forward to celebrating with you!
The ceremony & reception are both outdoor events.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We kindly ask that only the guests named on your invite attend. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family & friends. Thank you for understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged & that phones & cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer & videographer to capture our special day! Other than the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you like.
The ceremony begins at 2:00pm & the reception ends at 10:00pm.
Check in is at 4:00pm & check out is at 11:00am. If you plan to arrive the day of the wedding, please kindly arrive in time to have the front desk hold your luggage as the wedding starts at 2:00pm which is 2 hours prior to check in.
