When is the RSVP deadline? / ¿Cuándo es la fecha límite de confirmación de asistencia?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 15th through the "RSVP" tab. Once you are sure that you will be attending, please begin to place a deposit through our room block under the "TRAVEL" tab. The FINAL payment for the room is due February 1st, 2023. The sooner you put the deposit, the most time you will have to make payments. Por favor, confirme su asistencia antes del 15 de Octobure a través de la pestaña "RSVP". Una vez que esté seguro de que asistirá, comience a colocar un depósito a través de nuestro bloque de habitaciones en la pestaña "VIAJE". El pago FINAL de la habitación vence el 1 de febrero de 2023. Will the wedding take place at the resort? / La boda sera en el hotel?

Answer

No, our wedding ceremony and recepcion will be held in a private off-site venue. The venue is called Kukua Beach Club. We will be providing all guests staying at the Royalton Bavaro with transportation to the venue and back. No, nuestra boda sera en un lugar llamado Kukua Beach Club. Tenemos transporte reservado para todos nuestros envitados de hotel a Kukua y devuelta al hotel.

Can I make payment plans?/ Podemos hacer planes de pago?

Answer

YES! that is the main reason we decided to have a travel agent. We are providing our guests with the flexibility of paying for their trip through a payment plan. Please check under our "travel" section so you can be directed to our travel agent. Si! por eso decidimos contratar un agente de viajes. Estamos dándole la oportunidad y flexibilidad de hacer diferentes pagos para nuestros invitados.

Can I bring a date? / ¿Puedo traer un invitado?

Answer

At this time we are only able to accommodate those listed on the RSVP list for the actual wedding. But feel free to bring someone along to stay with you at the resort for the other days as it is your vacation too! Solo podemos acomodar a los que figuran en la lista de confirmación de asistencia para la boda. ¡Pero siéntase libre de traer a alguien para que se quede con usted en el complejo durante los otros días, ya que también son sus vacaciones!

Do I need a passport?/ Necesito un pasaporte?

Answer

Yes, Please make sure your passport is up to date. The Dominican Republic requires that your passport doesn't expire at least 6 months after your return date of travel. (Your passport must be valid up until November 11, 2023) Sí, asegúrese de que su pasaporte esté actualizado. While we absolutely love your kids, we thought you might like a night off to enjoy celebrating with us. We are requesting an adults only reception. What should I wear? Is there a dress code? / La boda tiene un codigo de vestir?

The dress code for our wedding is beach formal attire so please dress to impress. Ladies: formal summer dresses, cocktail dresses, sundresses, light weight dressy pants, dressy rompers, and any shoes that you will be comfortable in (heels, sandals, flats) Gentlemen: suits, vests, linen, button-downs. Please indicate your dietary restriction and allergies to Anthony or Michelle! It is very important for us to know so that Kukua can prepare your food accordingly. ¡Por favor, indique su restricción dietética y alergias cuando confirme su asistencia!
