Please RSVP by September 1st by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Our reception will have personalized seating arrangements and will only include guests who have submitted their RSVP.
The ceremony will be held indoors. The reception is mostly indoor, but has the option for an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour.
The dress code is black-tie optional. Gentleman have their choice of a tuxedo or dark suit. Ladies can pick out their favorite full-length gown. The couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black-tie. Guests are encouraged to reflect this level of formality in their own attire.
The bridesmaids will be wearing dark, olive green gowns. The groomsmen will be wearing black tuxedos.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
While we adore all of the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you can use this as a night out to yourselves!
Our ceremony will be at 3:00 in the afternoon at North & Southampton Reformed Church. The reception will be held at 6:00 in the evening at Cairnwood Estate. Due to the short break in-between events, we recommend that guests who are using our hotel block, use that time to check in to their rooms. If you don't plan to stay overnight, you may stop by one of the local restaurants or bars. Recommended locations can be found on the "Things To Do" tab in the menu above.
Our reception will be held from 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM. We can't wait to enjoy cocktail hour, a seated dinner, desserts, and plenty of time for dancing with all of you!
We will be providing shuttles from the Fairfield Inn & Suites (Philadelphia Horsham) to the reception. Shuttles will return to transport guests back to the hotel if they are staying over night. The pick up from the hotel will be at 5:20 PM. Guests arriving a few minutes early are welcome to explore the outside of the estate and its gardens before heading inside for the reception at 6:00 PM. Shuttles will return to transport guests back to the hotel at 12:00 AM.
Our ceremony will be held at a church with on-site parking. Our reception venue also has on-site parking. However, if you plan on drinking alcohol at the reception, we recommend that you plan on using other forms of transportation to get to and from the reception. We encourage you to use Uber, Lyft, or the shuttle from the hotel. Shuttles will pick up guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at ~5:20 PM. Shuttles will pick up guests at the reception to drop them off at the hotel at ~12:00 AM. *Pick up times are approximate
