Answer
Due to the very large size of our wedding guest list, we opted out of sending save-the-dates! We have mostly been sharing our wedding date by word-of-mouth thus far so no worries, you did not miss it!

Answer
We chose the Marriott in Newton because we didn't find much availability/flexibility in pricing at the hotels we looked at in the Worcester area. You are more than welcome to find a hotel closer to the venue if you prefer!

We really love your kids and we wish we could spend our special day with them, too, but due to the very large amount of adults we want to invite, we have to limit the children that are invited to just those coming from out of state/who are in our wedding/closest family. If your wedding invitation does not specify your kids' names or include your family name, unfortunately we aren't able to include them. We are truly sorry and hope that you can understand.

How is the shuttle going to work?How is the shuttle going to work?
Answer
We will have two different options for shuttles each way. We will have one leaving from the church to the venue at 3:30pm for anyone not staying in the hotel. The ride is 45 minutes. You can leave your car parked on the street. We will have another shuttle leaving the Marriott in Newton at 4pm for anyone staying at the hotel wanting to check in and park their cars there. The hotel is 15 minutes from the ceremony and the ride is about 35 mins to the venue. Don't worry, you will not miss cocktail hour if you choose this option as appetizers will be displayed and left out for longer than one hour! We will offer a shuttle back to the Newton Marriott leaving the venue at 1030pm and then another one leaving after the reception ends at 12:15am. We hope that the Newton Marriott shuttle drop-off is a convenient place for anyone ubering back to their home at the end of the night.

Answer
Yes! This is typical for a Polish wedding and we promise we will make it feel like it flew by. We will have appetizers available all night long, as well as two courses of buffet dinner served 2 hours apart. There will be plenty of food to accompany the open bar. There will be options to accommodate most dietary restrictions or needs but please specify in the RSVP if you have any allergies we don't already know about. It is a nut-free wedding.

What do I do during mass?What do I do during mass?
Answer
People of all beliefs and religions are important in our lives and therefore are very welcome at our nuptial mass. If you don't know what to do because you've never been or don't attend mass regularly, please don't worry! We will have detailed programs upon entry to the church for anyone wishing to participate or not. If you are not Catholic or don't attend weekly mass, you can still come up for a blessing by the priest during the distribution of Holy Communion if you wish (this will be described in the program so you know when it is and what to do). If you are not receiving Holy Communion or a blessing from the priest, you can just stay in your seat until distribution has finished. We just ask for please no gum-chewing, use of cell phones, or whistling when clapping after vows are over to respect our church. You are welcome to use phones for pictures if they don't interfere with our photographers/videographer. Please and thanks so much for understanding!
