This is a wonderful locally owned shop with good classic bagel fare in an old train depot.

This is a lovely cafe and bakery in Northampton and just two doors down from Woodstar is Mosaic cafe.  Mosaic has excellent breakfast omelets, crepes and salads.

Woodstar Cafe

This is a wonderful health food store featuring local organic food. They also have a pre-made food section and deli where you can order salads and sandwiches to eat in or take out.

River Valley Co-op

This is a sweet little town with a wonderful old railroad bridge that's been transformed into a gorgeous flower garden. There is also a fun bakery, shops and natural rock formations.
