Shane Walker, who is the manager that we are working with at the Wyndham hotel, stated that guests can utilize discounted rates up to 2 days before and 2 days after the wedding date. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 5pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are not staying at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach and will be driving over, valet parking is free for the day of the event only. Please inform the valet attendant that you are attending the wedding. Self parking is complimentary for the day of the event only and is available behind the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel and renting or parking a car there for the length of your stay, there is a parking charge for self or valet. Thank you.

Bridge Openings

If you are driving to the Wyndham on Saturday, October 31, please note that there is a bridge in the area that open every 1/2 hour on the hour and on the 1/2 hour. Ceremony will begin at 5pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is beach chic. The ceremony (pending weather) is on the beach. The cocktail hour is in Cafe Med a space that allows us to open the floor to ceiling windows to get the beach breeze. The reception will be entering into the Poincian Room and then into the Royal Palm Ballroom. Directions will be at the venue, the wedding coordinator will also be able to provide assistance as we move from area to area.

You may sit anywhere you would like. We are blending family and friends so where you prefer to sit is ok with us. Just rememer to leave the 2 rows on each side for family.

We’re so excited to celebrate with you at our wedding! At this time, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on the invitation due to venue capacity and final arrangements. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together on October 31, 2026!
