Traveling to the Loeb Boathouse

Central Park is closed to traffic on weekends. Whether by car or by foot, to reach The Boathouse, you enter the park at Fifth Avenue and 72nd Street and follow the traffic road to the right. The walk should take between three and six minutes. Small parking garages may be found as close as 72nd and 73rd off of Fifth Avenue but the Boathouse suggests using the Metropolitan Museum's garage at 80th Street and Fifth Avenue. It is large enough so that you will always find a space and it is open 24 hours.

Travel Note

Transportation/Shuttle Buses

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and to and from the reception from each hotel. Shuttles will depart for the Church of St. Monica at 2:00 pm and return to each hotel following the ceremony. Shuttles will depart for the wedding reception at 6:30 pm and return to the hotels at 11:15 pm and 12 am.

Concorde Hotel New York

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Concorde Hotel. You must call the hotel at 212 355 2755 and reference Michele & Tim's Wedding to book your room. All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, all individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 3 pm 72 hour prior to the arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. Please book your rooms no later than November 12, 2019.

Due to limited availability we do not have a room block at the Park Lane Hotel. Guests are more than welcome to book at the hotel's provided rate.
