Our first date started at a P.J. Welihan's, which led to bowling, and finally closing out the bar at Miller's Ale House. From the moment we connected on Bumble, and especially after that first date, we knew this was something special.

On our first camping trip at a North Jersey campground, Rick wrote I love you in the sand of a volleyball court. This was the first time he'd said it and it couldn't have been more special considering both of us love camping and volleyball.

Rick secretly planned the proposal under the guise of going hiking to celebrate my twin brother's and my birthday. It was our first time hiking at Hawk Falls in PA and I had absolutely no idea that this trip would be one of the most special days of my life. During a photo, Rick said "Let's strike a pose!" so I turned to him confused, asking "What pose?" and then he said "I have a pose." and got down on one knee. I was so excited, I didn't even let him speak before hugging him and crying!
