What is the attire?

Answer

For the ceremony, we recommend cocktail attire. But for the remainder of the weekend, wear anything that you're comfortable in! Please note that weather can range. The current weather forecast: Chance of light rain Friday and Saturday, highs near 70 and lows near 50. We'll have extra sunscreen and bug spray on hand, but pack layers and rain gear just in case. The ceremony is outside, so please plan accordingly.

If I'm staying at a hotel, will there be shuttle options to and from the nature center?

UPDATE: There was not enough interest for a shuttle, so we will NOT be providing transportation to and from Hunt Hill

I'm interested in staying onsite at Hunt Hill - what amenities do the dorms have?

Answer

We are excited to offer free lodging to guests who would like to stay at the nature center! Onsite lodging is dependent on guest interest. If we don’t meet the minimum needed to reserve the dorms, we’ll provide recommendations for offsite accommodations. Hunt Hill offers two dorms options. The private rooms have 2-3 single beds per room, while the shared rooms sleep 7-12 guests. The dorms also have men’s and women’s bathroom, and a shower house in a separate building. They do NOT have AC or heating and require guests to bring their own linens or sleeping bags. The dorms are cozy, communal, and right next to all the festivities. But it is rustic, so wifi is limited and you might encounter a few bugs ;) There are ramps and accessible restrooms, but the property is not fully accessible. How much do the dorm rooms cost?

It's on us at no cost to our guests! You will, however, need to bring your own linens or sleeping bags.

What rules does Hunt Hill have that I need to be aware of?

- Wine and beer will be provided during the celebration—please enjoy responsibly. As this is a private venue, we ask that guests follow all local laws—BYOB is not permitted and smoking is not allowed inside. - Food is not allowed in the dorms - Please be respectful of the property (no littering, clean up after yourself, etc.) - To respect the venue and other guests, we’ll transition to quieter, low-key hanging out later in the evening after music wraps up.

Can I camp at Hunt Hill instead of stay in the dorm?
