Question

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Guest can begin to arrive at 3:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. The ceremony will end approximately at 4:30pm. At this point, guest are asked to join cocktail hour and a dinner reception at The Catalyst Restaurant, located on 300 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm. We've created this schedule to give ample time to arrive, park your vehicles, and to enjoy the entire portion of the day's festivities.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony portion of our day's festivities will be unplugged. An unplugged wedding ceremony is a ceremony in which the couple requests that guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices in order for them to be present in the moment. During the ceremony, the officiant will provide a moment for our guests to capture a photo or two with us at the alter. We ask that you please respect our wishes. Thank you!

Where to park when you arrive at Le Meridien Boston Cambridge Hotel

Answer

You may find street parking; however, the 55 Franklin Street Garage is the closest parking location. Located at 55 Franklin Street, the garage has entrances on 20 Green Street and 55 Franklin Street, it is adjacent to Le Meridien Hotel. The following daily rates apply: 1/2 hour or less - $12 1 hour or less - $17 1 1/2 hour or less - $20 2 hours or less - $25 3 hours or less - $38 Over 3 hours to 5:00 AM - $40 Evening Special Cars Entering after 5:00PM to 8:00AM - $12 Lost Ticket Fee - $40

Where to park when you arrive at the Catalyst Restaurant?

Answer

Please note the reception offers complimentary parking to all guests via a validated ticket. Parking can be found at the Alexandria Technology Square Parking Garage. Located at 595 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139 across from the Draper Building. Once you have parked, you can exit via the East Stair. There is a 3-5 minute walk from garage to venue. Please wear proper shoes as needed. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the reception for validation. You must have your ticket validated in order to avoid any parking fees at the garage.

What should I do if I have any allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please make sure to mention any allergies or dietary restrictions via our wedding website and/or in-person as your entree selection is made during the dinner reception.

Answer

Please note Non-RSVPs will be counted as a declined invitation.

Why should we continually check-in to the wedding website?

Answer

Please note that we are constantly updating our wedding website and are trying to get all communications regarding COVID updates and the day-of schedule to our guests. Please check in to the wedding website often to make sure you have all the information you need to make logistical planning on our wedding day as seamless as possible.

What is the COVID protocol for our wedding day?

Answer

The CDC requires all unvaccinated persons to wear a mask indoors. This protocol should be followed for our special day. If you feel sick or have knowingly been exposed to COVID, please do stay home. Though we are hopeful that we will celebrate with each one of you, our priority is to do our best to have everyone celebrate safely.

What else can you do to keep everyone safe from COVID?

Answer

Please join us in keeping our local community and loved ones safe during our celebration. We would like to ask our guests to do their very best to get tested for COVID. A negative COVID test result no more than 72 hours before the wedding is requested. No-cost testing is available at local health centers and select pharmacies throughout the US.
