This museum includes a Frank Lloyd Wright Library a great Renaissance Collection and other little gems. Go visit America on Wheels too if you head down here.

Allentown Art Museum

Fun little museum with cars in it. An old car jack is on display there that was once in Michele's Grandfather's garage. Visit the Allentown Art Museum as well if you head here.

Good for Vegan and Vegetarian options. Just mention it to them to be sure they keep the eggs etc out. Right across from the hotel.

White Orchids Thai Cuisine

A favorite go-to for #teamsolutions after our races in PA. Visit downtown Easton and go here for lunch. Close to Crayola too.

3rd & Ferry Fish Market

Found while running a 10K race and quickly became a favorite place for a great breakfast sandwich. Grab a bite here and visit Main St. Bethlehem, The Steel Stacks, and the NMIH.

Church Street Market

We've heard nothing but great things about this place.

Vegan Treats, Inc.

They have Vegan, Gluten Free options. Not open on Sunday. Michele used to go here all the time when working at Runner's World.

Baked Bakery & Cafe

RAMEN IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY! Amazing! Finally!
