Hotel
All of our guests will be staying at the all inclusive Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort. If you are not bringing children make sure that you book your room on the "Secrets" ADULTS ONLY side as that will be the side we are staying on. We booked a "Preferred Club" suite located on the 5th & 7th floors in the Preferred Club Tower. This allows us access to the private Preferred Club roof top. If you plan to bring your kids the "Dreams" side is family friendly. We do not have a room block for the wedding so make sure to not wait too long to reserve your room due to limited availability. There is a 3 night minimum for the resort. We will be arriving at the resort Monday May 8th, 2023. The ceremony will take place Thursday May 11, 2023 in the Bahia Mita Garden from 6:00pm-7:00pm with the Cocktail & Reception immediately following from 7:00pm- 11:00pm in the same location.
Travel Note
Private transfers from/to the airport are available. Service options include both a modern A/C vehicle for 6 passengers or a deluxe A/C vehicle for 4, which can be added while booking your trip or after the booking. Be sure to enter the date, airline, and flight numbers for your arrival and departure flights. From the airport it is about a 25 minute car ride to the Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort. ROUND TRIP AIRPORT TRANSFER OPTIONS: Deluxe Private Transfer (4 passenger max) $340 Private Transfer $315 Shuttle (shared with guests from nearby resorts) $136 Arrivals: Your driver will be waiting for you outside the airport upon arrival. Please look for the Amstar logo upon exiting the terminal. Our standard procedure is to monitor your flight arrival information and adjust your pick-up time accordingly in the event of a delay. Departures: Your driver will pick you up from the lobby of your resort at your requested pick-up time on the day of your departure.
