Like most people these days, we met on Hinge in December of 2018 and spent a few months getting to know one another. Turns out that was easier than expected since we soon found out that we were living across the street from one another. However, after a month or two, we parted ways. About six months later, my mother was looking for someone to paint a wall in her kitchen so she contacted a woman who was HIGHLY recommended. After chatting with this woman during the consultation, they found out that Conor and I were their children. This was cause for a conversation re-starter, so I reached out to him and the rest is history! We have been together ever since and have never looked back.

We were visiting Portland, Maine to celebrate Conor's cousins graduation from Medical School that Saturday and planned to leave Sunday early afternoon. Sunday morning, the family decided to take a walk on the beach because the weather was picture perfect and turns out so was the moment because during that walk on the beach, in front of his family, he knelt down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the best day of my life, that is until this October when we will say "I do"! Cant wait to see you all in October!
